Milan is served by three main Italian airports (Milano Malpensa, Milano Linate, and Orio al Serio Airport near Bergamo) with several low-cost and high-end airlines. From each one of the airport there are frequent buses to the “Milano Centrale” train station that is the major hub for the Milan metro network and it is just three metro stops from the conference venue.
There are several frequent buses that connect the three Milan airports to downtown Milan. The bus from Milano Linate to the “Milano Centrale” train station leaves every 30 minutes and the trip takes around 20 minutes (the cost is 4.5 euros). The bus from Milano-Malpensa to Milano Centrale train station leaves every 20 minutes and the trip takes around 40 minutes (the cost is around 5 euros). The bus from Bergamo’s Orio al Serio Airport (www.sacbo.it) leaves every 30 minutes and the trip takes around 50 minutes. From the airport of Milano-Malpensa (www.sea-aeroportimilano.it) there is also a train (the Malpensa Express) which links the airport to the Milano Cadorna train station (the second largest train station in Milan) every 20 minutes (the cost is 11 euro). The trip is around 35 minutes.

When arriving in Milan using one of the highways follow the signs for “Tangenziale Est” express way and take the exit “Rubattino”.
